I had a great time editing 3 x Stevo Dadman episodes across 2 different series. 2 of the edits I worked on went on to be the best performing of their respective series which I was really happy with.
The comedy is very direct, silly and crude and I lent into this by using SFX such as gongs when Susan slaps herself and Soundboy SFX on the DJ episode.
I created the intro that’s used for the Bizarre Britain series using a classical British military tune that gives a sense of grandeur which I think works nicely in contrast to the silliness of the show.
The show was intended for Snapchat but these 2 episodes alone got over 50K views on YouTube.
